1. Introduction

 

Welcome to TradeHunterGroup. These Terms and Conditions "T&Cs" govern your use of our platform, which connects skilled tradespersons with individuals or businesses in need of their services. By accessing or using TradeHunterGroup, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

 

2. Definitions

 

- "Platform" refers to the TradeHunterGroup website and mobile application.

- "Tradesperson" refers to individuals with trade skills who register on the Platform to find work.

- “Client" refers to individuals or businesses that post job listings on the Platform.

- "User" refers collectively to Tradespersons and Clients.

- “Services" refers to the brokering of connections between Tradespersons and Clients via the Platform.

 

3. Eligibility

 

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

 

4. Platform Use

 

4.1. Tradesperson Registration

Tradespersons must provide accurate and complete information during registration. By registering, you agree to:

- Maintain the accuracy of your profile.

- Apply only for jobs you are qualified to perform.

 

4.2. Client Registration

Clients must provide accurate details about the work they require. By posting a job, you agree to:

- Provide truthful and complete job descriptions.

- Communicate and negotiate directly with the Tradesperson.

 

5. Payment and Transaction Handling

 

TradeHunterGroup is (not) responsible for processing payments or managing transactions between Tradespersons and Clients. All payments must be negotiated, agreed upon, and processed directly between the Tradesperson and the Client.

 

- TradeHunterGroup's Role: We act solely as an intermediary to connect Clients with Tradespersons and do not facilitate payment transactions on behalf of either party.

- Liability for Payments: TradeHunterGroup is not liable for any payment disputes, non-payment, or any other transactional issues between Tradespersons and Clients. We recommend that both parties establish clear payment terms before any work begins.

  

6. TradeHunterGroup’s Role

 

TradeHunterGroup operates solely as a facilitator, connecting Tradespersons with Clients. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality of work performed by Tradespersons or the reliability of Clients. The responsibility for selecting, hiring, and managing a Tradesperson lies solely with the Client, and the responsibility for ensuring payment and job completion lies with both the Client and the Tradesperson.

 

7. Dispute Resolution

 

TradeHunterGroup is not responsible for resolving disputes between Users. Any disputes arising from work performed or not performed must be resolved directly between the Tradesperson and the Client. However, we may offer limited mediation support at our discretion, though this will not be legally binding.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeHunterGroup:

- Disclaims any liability for damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

- Is not responsible for the accuracy of the information posted by Users on the Platform.

- Will not be held liable for any disputes, claims, or legal issues arising between Tradespersons and Clients.

 

9. User Conduct

 

Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these T&Cs may result in termination of your account and legal action.

 

10. Termination

 

TradeHunterGroup reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these T&Cs, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform.

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of TradeHunterGroup or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

 

12. Modifications to Terms

 

TradeHunterGroup reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.

 

13. Governing Law

 

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these T&Cs will be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
